ImPac Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2002. We specialize in providing the customers the back-end , turn key service for Image Sensor IC. Our image sensor service includes sensor packaging, sensor testing, as well as designing, production , and testing of the sensor module - also known as CCM ( Compact Camera Module ) designing. The name "ImPac" is central to our mission statement which is , " We want to be the best Image Packer to all our customers".

Impac has the most experienced team in the area of the image sensor IC back- end service. The team has set up a track record in Taiwan which includes the first team which has been able to provide mass production to the customers, despite the difficulty in building up volume and maintaining quality at the same time. The team has also been the first team in Taiwan to be able to deliver the back-end service to the mega pixel Image Sensor IC. Even now, we still keeps the record for the volume of service provided to one mega pixel, two mega pixel, and three mega pixel image sensor ICs. ImPac has the leading edge particle control technique and provides the highest yield rate for packaging. In late 2003, following the long time professional back-end service in Image Sensoring, ImPac has begun designing and manufacturing of CCM's. ImPac is enlarging its service to its customers who need the image capture through the form of IC or the form of CCM.

ImPac has three manufacturing sites, Taiwan, China and Philippines. We provide sufficient and flexible production capabilities to meet our customers' seasonal needs.
